A Benchmark for Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon
Gandolini Winery, nestled in the heart of the Maipo Andes, is dedicated to crafting one of Chile’s most refined expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon. Founded in 2011 by Stefano Gandolini and Fernando Izquierdo Menéndez, the winery is a tribute to precision, passion, and an unwavering commitment to quality. With vineyards first planted in 2001, Gandolini Winery focuses exclusively on a single wine: Las 3 Marías Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, an iconic expression of Maipo Valley’s exceptional terroir.
A Singular Terroir
The Maipo Andes region is widely recognized as one of the finest locations in the world for Cabernet Sauvignon, with its high-altitude vineyards benefiting from the cooling influence of the Andes Mountains. The unique combination of well-draining alluvial soils, abundant sunshine, and significant diurnal temperature variation allows the grapes to ripen slowly and develop extraordinary complexity, structure, and balance. These conditions create wines with remarkable depth, freshness, and aging potential, characteristics that define Las 3 Marías Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon.
Winemaking Philosophy
Gandolini Winery’s philosophy is rooted in the idea that great wines are made in the vineyard. Every decision, from vine management to harvest, is meticulously executed to ensure only the finest grapes make it into the winery. The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal maturity and undergo a rigorous selection process before fermentation. Stefano Gandolini, an experienced and visionary winemaker, employs a combination of traditional and modern techniques to craft a wine that showcases the elegance, power, and complexity of Maipo Valley’s Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in the finest French oak barrels, Las 3 Marías achieves a perfect balance between vibrant fruit, structured tannins, and refined oak influence, resulting in a wine of exceptional longevity.
A Wine of Distinction
With limited production, Las 3 Marías Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon is a true collector’s wine, sought after for its purity, finesse, and depth. Each vintage is a testament to the potential of Maipo Valley, displaying rich aromas of blackcurrant, graphite, and subtle spice, with a layered palate of dark fruit, fine-grained tannins, and a long, elegant finish.
A New Chilean Icon
Through dedication to excellence and a deep respect for its terroir, Gandolini Winery has firmly established itself among Chile’s elite wine producers. Las 3 Marías stands as a beacon of what Maipo Andes Cabernet Sauvignon can achieve—an expression of place, tradition, and masterful winemaking that continues to set new standards for South American fine wine.
Doc. Ronald Reagon. Ahh. Hey, George, buddy, you weren't at school, what have you been doing all day? Anyway, Grandpa hit him with the car and brought him into the house. He seemed so helpless, like a little lost puppy, my heart just went out for him.
Alright, okay Jennifer. What if I send in the tape and they don't like it. I mean, what if they say I'm no good. What if they say, 'Get out of here, kid, you got no future.' I mean, I just don't think I can take that kind of rejection. Jesus, I'm beginning to sound like my old man. Now, of course not, Biff, now, I wouldn't want that to happen. Listen, this is very important, I forgot my video camera, could you stop by my place and pick it up on your way to the mall? Hi, it's really a pleasure to meet you. My god, it's my mother. Put your pants back on.

Grand Primeur wines represent an innovative approach to purchasing future vintages, allowing anyone to acquire wines directly from producers up to 10 years before production and bottling.
This concept expands on the traditional En Primeur model, which originated in Bordeaux, offering a bold new avenue for wine investment and appreciation.
While En Primeur allows you to purchase wines usually 8 to 18 months after the current vintage (depending on the region), Grand Primeur takes it a step further. This model lets you secure outstanding wines directly from producers up to 10 years in advance—before the grapes are even harvested.
Purchasing Grand Primeur wines carries the risk that a vintage might not be produced. This can occur due to adverse weather conditions or if the producer determines that the wine does not meet their quality standards. In such cases, both producers and Cellaris guarantee that buyers will automatically receive the same quantity of bottles from the next available vintage produced by the same winery.
Purchasing Grand Primeur wines on Cellaris offers numerous advantages, including:
Access to top global producers: Explore exceptional wines coming directly from acclaimed and emerging producers from around the world, meticulously handpicked by Julien Boulard, Master of Wine.
